Customer Success Specialist - Banking (M) - Mandarin

Role:

  1. Represent the brand, culture, and values of clients.
  2. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
  3. Provide timely support through various communication channels.
  4. Ensure professional, efficient, and quality service to clients.
  5. Cross-sell additional bank products and services.
  6. Capture client feedback for future improvement.
  7. Identify and escalate priority issues through proper channels.
  8. Work with team members to provide better customer support.
  9. Keep job knowledge up to date through upskill training.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in any discipline.
  2. B2 level English Language proficiency.
  3. 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience in the banking industry.
  4. Decision-making and analytical skills.
  5. Flexibility to changes and sense of urgency.
  6. Good time management skills.
  7. Ability to work under pressure and deliver set goals.
  8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Ability to multitask, follow directions, and use computer systems effectively.
  10. Must be able to speak, read and write in (Simplified) Chinese or Cantonese (Traditional Chinese)
