POSITION PURPOSE:
Hostway is searching for Customer Success Representatives to be a proactive resource for Hostway’s call campaigns for Channel partners like Inc Authority, Comcast, etc.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
• Make outbound calls to channel customers to provide onboarding consultations, help setup email boxes, create website, upsell other products and services of value and need.
• Create, manage and update personal sales pipeline with regular data input of sales call details into Hostway’s CRM system.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Make outbound calls to channel customers using call scripts, product knowledge, and communication skills to develop business relationships, provide onboarding and welcome to the company’s products and services.
• Work with a preselected list of phone numbers and company profiles and customers and research customer’s business and online needs of products through outbound calling/email.
• Answer inbound calls from customers to onboard and provide information about products and services.
• Develop different scripts and deliver prepared onboarding talks that describe products and services, in order to setup and retain the customer and create a pipeline of potential sales leads and opportunities.
• Ask probing questions to better understand and target the needs and interests of the customer.
• Conduct follow up calls and upsell other products based on customer needs.
• Organize and maintain a clean pipeline of customers in Hostway’s CRM.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience with a technology product or service.
• Previous lead generation experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication skills.
• Strong internal drive and salesmanship.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and follow-up skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Strong team orientation and competitive nature.
• Proven track record of strong client relationships.
• Chat software and salesforce.com proficiency strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
