As Valispace embarks on a new journey integrating into Altium 365 platform we're in search of a seasoned Customer Success Program Manager to spearhead the development and execution of a proactive SaaS customer success program. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in aligning Valispace's customer success initiatives with the overarching vision of Altium 365. We're seeking a visionary leader who can navigate strategic landscapes while adeptly managing day-to-day customer interactions and program development.

About the role 🚀

  • Develop and implement a proactive customer success program for Valispace, iterating and sharing insights along the way.
  • Manage a team of people to support the program
  • Proactively engage assigned customers, driving product adoption, and identifying opportunities for upsell or cross-sell.
  • Educate Altium customers on systems engineering and requirements management principles and demonstrate seamless integration into the Altium 365 ecosystem.
  • Align customers' business objectives with success plans that drive and demonstrate positive business outcomes (ROI).
  • Lead onboarding processes, emphasizing change management and accountability.
  • Conduct proactive health checks and monitor customers' product activity, intervening as necessary.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to influence product development and roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product management, and support teams to drive customer success initiatives.

What we're looking for 🔎

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrated success in retaining and expanding large B2B accounts (e.g., Aerospace, Consumer Electronics, Automotive preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with a bias towards action and a track record of driving results.
  • Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Flexible and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment characterized by change and uncertainty.
  • Quick learner with a fervent passion for technology and innovation.
  • Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in the engineering or electronic development industry is a plus.

Salary Range: 45,000 - 69,000 Euros
