We are seeking a Customer Success Onboarding Advisor to join our customer success team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with the Booksy business clients and conducting online onboarding sessions regarding Booksy Biz application and its features.

Key aspects of the role include:

  • Making phone calls to salons that have purchased a Booksy for Business subscription to schedule their onboarding into the system.
  • Conducting remote onboarding sessions for salons into the features of Booksy for Business and monitoring their progress.
  • Activating salons to ensure their Booksy profiles attract customers to book as many online appointments as possible.
  • Providing salons with information about how Booksy for Business and Booksy for Customers work and their functionalities.
  • Providing salons with information regarding subscriptions, invoices, and payments.
  • Proposing solutions tailored to the needs of salons within the capabilities offered by Booksy.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service/contact center in an outbound environment.
  • Knowledge of English language (nice to have).
  • Proficiency in Windows, iOS, Android, ChromeOS, web browsers, and MS Office/GSuite.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Goal-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of and ability to apply communication and persuasion techniques.
  • Strong writing skills and a good command of the Polish language.
  • Quick learning ability.
  • Stress resilience.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Quick adaptation to new situations.
  • Ability to work well in a team and willingness to collaborate.
