We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Spain. As part of the Customer Success team in the Spanish market, you are responsible for guiding and advising clients on the best ways to make the most out of AB Tasty solutions. You will work closely with the Sales, Account Management and technical teams. You will be the CRO expert guiding the customer through the best practices & learnings. This position will cover clients in the Spain/Italy markets. 

Contract & Location:

- Permanent full-time contract
- Madrid Office
- Smooth remote work policy (up to 3 days a week)

What you will do:

- Be responsible for the management of a customer portfolio following implementation
- Help build loyalty by creating an excellent relationship with existing customers
- Undertake operational and methodological training for major accounts
- Support clients in creating and implementing tests and personalization campaigns
- Analyze and identify new areas for optimization following data analysis. Previous experience with CRO tools is a plus  (ABTasty, Content Square, Optimize, Optimizely, Kameleoon, VWO, etc...)
- Maximize your portfolio’s expansion while minimizing churn and contraction
- Help the Sales team with the onboarding of new clients (POCs, technical support, determining the most suitable solution for the customer, presentation of products and services)

What we look for:

- University degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or Marketing
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in a related digital field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish & Italian
- Analytical thinker who is able to translate complex data into profitable testing ideas
- Basic knowledge of CSS and HTML is required. Javascript is a plus
- Strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded
- Ability to travel
