Customer Success Manager

Based in our Brisbane office and reporting to the Manager, Customer Success - Northern Region, you will work closely with Sales as a key member of the Customer Success team, and more broadly in tandem with SEEK’s Sales & Service, Product, ComEx, Marketing & Strategy functions.

This position will bring new and creative approaches to engage, partner with and influence customers to maximise the value of existing products and drive the adoption of new products. This will be achieved through building strong partnerships with account managers, collectively uncovering challenges & opportunities, and building customer success plans to facilitate the ongoing analysis of product integration and to validate performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with your assigned Sales team/portfolios and work closely with the broader Sales & Service team to drive adoption of new and existing products, to ensure customers receive maximum value from their investment and developing trust and confidence in their relationship with SEEK
  • Work closely with customers to identify their strategic sourcing needs and provide feedback through to market success/product to develop solutions
  • Understand the key drivers of behavioural change and plan customer training programs to engage and educate all customers in product usage
  • Facilitating group training sessions or working one on one with SEEK users to assist in effectively integrating products into their day-to-day workflow to maximise their success, through webinar or face-to-face sessions.
  • A proven track record of building healthy and transparent customer and internal stakeholder relationships based on a trust-focused mentality with capacity to constructively challenge
  • Ability to analyse data, and develop creative solutions for the purpose of continuous improvement
  • Previous experience in facilitating workshops or presentations for groups in face to face & online environments
  • Demonstrated experience in developing plans and objectives to achieve outcomes
  • An ability to work autonomously with high levels of self-motivation in an unsupervised environment.
