Customer Success Manager

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be a key member of our Commercial function for SEEK’s newly launched Recruiter Network business.

The role focuses on both sides of the marketplace (i.e. Hirers and Recruiters) and will be accountable for ensuring a seamless experience that facilitates successful job placements and excellent outcomes for all customers. It will build and manage relationships with our customers while driving strong product adoption and SLA performance across the platform. It is suited to a Customer Success Manager who loves to be deeply embedded in the business, thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces continuous learning, and enjoys creating and optimising processes to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers and build strong partnerships, drive adoption of our platform, and ultimately ensure they are getting strong value from our product
  • A focus on onboarding, delivery and retention for our customers as well as ensuring that both sides of the marketplace are having a best-in-class experience on the platform
  • Leverage strong influencing and customer negotiation skills to provide strategic consultations, address concerns proactively, optimise timelines, and get results
  • Work cross-functionally, engaging with many teams across the SEEK Recruiter Network business, including Commercial, Product, and Engineering
  • Advocating for the customer by proactively gathering their feedback and translating into actionable insights for internal teams to improve the platform and the customer experience
  • Play a key role in creating and optimising our Customer Success processes as we grow this function for scale.
  • Several years of relevant Customer Success or Sales experience handling a large portfolio of accounts
  • Experience prioritising and managing tasks effectively within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to detail
  • Customer-centric attitude, with strong emotional intelligence, and always seeking to add new value for customers
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with demonstrated success in using these to drive successful outcomes for customers, partners, and the organisations you have worked for
  • Experience with using and optimising CRMs, preferably HubSpot, is a bonus but not essential
  • Experience in the Recruitment industry, HR tech, and/or marketplaces is a bonus not essential.
