Who You Are

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our Smaato Supply team. This role is focused on managing and optimizing relationships with our publisher clients, particularly those with long-tail accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ad tech and a proven ability to drive revenue growth and enhance client satisfaction.

This position will be based in Hamburg or Berlin as a hybrid model (three days per week in the office). Outside these cities, a remote model is available in Germany.


What You Will Do

  • Manage and nurture long-tail publisher accounts, addressing their queries and concerns effectively and ensuring their satisfaction and success on our platform

  • Monitor and analyze account performance, identify areas for improvement and upsell, develop customized proposals and solutions to maximize revenue potential and meet the unique needs of each publisher

  • Conduct proactive outreach to underperforming accounts, presenting upsell opportunities and value propositions to drive incremental revenue

  • Assist publishers in transitioning between different integration types to optimize their use of the Smaato platform

  • Guide new publisher clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient setup

  • Work closely with the Business Development and Account Management teams to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve client issues and close support tickets promptly
