We are now looking for a full-time Customer Success Manager – Mid Market to join our Customer Success team in Helsinki or Stockholm!
In this role, you'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team dedicated to helping our customers achieve their goals while driving growth and retention. The Mid-Market CSM manages a diverse portfolio of customers, ensuring they maximize the value of RELEX solutions, all while keeping a sharp focus on identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and proactively addressing churn risks. The porfolio would include customers from the Nordics and Central Europe. You’ll work closely with Service Delivery Managers, consultants, and sales colleagues to ensure every customer relationship thrives, contributing to RELEX’s mission of providing unmatched value to retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers worldwide.
