Role Overview:
Reporting to the Head of Customer Success Management, you'll be responsible for nurturing relationships with key clients. Your mission is to ensure customer satisfaction, adoption, retention, and expansion of Shippeo’s solutions. Your role requires prior consulting experience and a deep understanding of the SaaS industry.
