The LinkedIn Learning Solutions Customer Success team is seeking a strategic, driven, and analytical Customer Success Managers (CSM). This person will be focused on delivering best-in-class customer experiences, resulting in high product engagement from the customer and ultimately high customer retention.   

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales and Technical Consultants post-sales to implement LinkedIn learning into the customer’s systems and tools (eg Single Sign On Platforms, Learning Management Systems)
  • Engage customer teams post-implementation to launch LinkedIn learning to their employees
  • Partner with customers along the entire lifecycle to derive strategies for promoting LinkedIn learning and driving engagement on a regular basis. 
  • Utilize client product usage and industry metrics to derive insights and use these to drive greater customer engagement and adoption.  
  • Deliver regular operational reviews to review performance aligned to the customers’ objectives and ensure customer is achieving value from LinkedIn learning and recognizing the outcomes desired
  • Partner with sales on churn mitigation & growth strategies on relevant accounts, and provide inputs for Value Reviews
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions and content, and educate customers about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs.
  • Service as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback to Product, Content and other teams on how we can better serve our customers.
  • Approximately 50% travel required, depending on location and territory

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience managing a portfolio of B2B business, either as an Account Manager, Client Success Manager, consulting, or similar role within the SaaS space

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree from a 4-year college or university
  • 3+ years of experience in learning and/or e-Learning industry·   
  • Microsoft Office capabilities: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and experience with Salesforce.com strongly preferred
  • Experience in organization, project management, and time management skills
  • Experience in consulting, discovery, listening, and communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to establish working relationships at all levels at the client-side, including C-level
  • Ability to derive insight from data and build actionable strategies based on analysis
  • Experience in presentation skills, both online and live, in large and small group settings
  • Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, applied with a solution-focused attitude
