Your mission
As a Customer Success Manager Key Accounts in the Benelux market, you will be responsible for your own portfolio, managing and driving the expansion and renewal of our customer base (incl. cross- and upsells) as well as being a trusted advisor on their HR strategies. Successful team members are hands-on, have a high level of ownership, and are obsessed with giving our customers the best experience possible. At the same time, they are able to balance a high touch, one-on-one approach with a layer of scaled initiatives to deliver value for different customer needs.
While you will be mostly handling Dutch customers, there will be a mix of English speaking customers in your portfolio as well. This is an exciting career opportunity at a dynamic growth-stage scale-up where your contribution is directly visible at company level.

Your 12-month journey
The first 2-3 months you will spend focusing on learning everything there is to know about the Tellent Suite: Recruitee, Javelo and KiwiHR, understand the products, our processes, the teams, the customers and more. You will be working closely together with your onboarding buddy who will be at your side for questions, tips and tricks as well as the other team members. You will have received the first part of your portfolio and talked to your first customers!
After latest 3 months, you will have taken complete responsibility and ownership of your own portfolio, taken further steps in putting yourself on the map as a strategic advisor for your customers and started to learn more about the software and our product team.
After 1 year you have mastered your way in how we keep our customers happy by ensuring they get the full value from Recruitee. You have negotiated contracts, guided customers through their Key Account Journey, developed a deep understanding of our customers needs and had a huge impact by setting and completing goals together with the customers in your portfolio.
