We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our team, with a hybrid work arrangement based in Houston. You will work collaboratively with the sales team and wider business to drive client success, retention, and growth for a designated portfolio of clients that includes leading hedge funds, retailers, oil majors, refiners, vessel owners, and trading companies.
