Your role at Hostinger
As a Customer Success Manager in the Customer Success team, you’ll be responsible for upholding a high standard of customer satisfaction. Leading a global team of leaders, you’ll coach and support team members, advocate for service improvements, and drive a cohesive approach across teams that ensures operational excellence. You’ll also foster a culture where our Customer Success teams feel motivated, supported, and encouraged to grow as they deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Your skills and experiences

Leadership experience: Demonstrated success in a leadership role, with a strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing Customer Success teams.

Technical knowledge: Strong familiarity with web hosting, cloud solutions, or resolving technical issues, enabling you to support your teams effectively.

Top-tier leadership qualities: You are humble, driven, and insightful, with the confidence to voice ideas and focus on results. You excel at balancing hands-on support with a strategic, solution-driven mindset.
Your day-to-day
- Lead a team of Customer Success leaders to consistently deliver exceptional Customer Satisfaction by analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing data-driven improvements.
- Strategically guide and coach Team Leaders, empowering them to drive their teams toward achieving ambitious goals and ensuring excellence in customer interactions.
- Set a higher standard for technical expertise and problem-solving capabilities across the Customer Success teams.
- Identify and seize growth opportunities by working with product teams to suggest innovative improvements that elevate the customer experience.
- Keep the team aligned with Hostinger’s evolving strategies, products, and market positioning, fostering a proactive and future-ready mindset.
- Build a culture of excellence, innovation, and growth in the Customer Success team to achieve impactful results.
Compensation
- Gross salary starting from 4000 EUR/month, based on your experience.
