Your Role:

In this role, you'll directly impact our clients' success, ensuring smooth implementation, adoption, and high satisfaction levels. Your goal will be to strengthen customer relationships, identify expansion opportunities, and establish GaggleAMP as a trusted partner across all levels of the customer's organization.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Success Mastery: Own the success journey of your customers, emphasizing adoption, retention, and high satisfaction.
  • Strategic Advisor: Become a trusted strategic advisor, delivering insights and guidance to achieve long-term victories for our customers.
  • Upselling and Expansion: Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth, adding value to the customer and GaggleAMP.
  • Voice of the Customer: Represent customer perspectives within GaggleAMP, channeling insights to our teams to steer product and strategy enhancements.
  • Industry Insight: Maintain a pulse on industry trends to ensure GaggleAMP remains ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years in Customer Success, preferably within a B2B tech landscape.
  • A proven track record in surpassing Customer Success metrics.
  • Proficiency in leading ROI and value discussions with key decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication skills across diverse platforms.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Experience with ChatGPT, Zendesk, and CRM platforms like HubSpot is preferred.
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical prowess.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
