About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Customer Success Intern to join our support team at Acast. As a crucial part of the Customer Success team, you’ll help create exceptional experiences for both new and experienced podcasters on our platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth and satisfaction of our podcasting community while gaining hands-on experience in customer success and digital media.
What You Will Do
As our Customer Success Intern, you’ll shape a positive, supportive experience for podcasters ranging from newcomers to seasoned creators. You'll help them navigate the Acast platform with confidence, ensuring they have the resources and guidance to thrive. From onboarding new users to handling day-to-day inquiries and providing best-practice advice, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the customer journey.
In addition, you’ll support the Customer Success team with key administrative responsibilities like vetting shows for our marketplace, handling copyright inquiries from publishing platforms, and managing our customer support communication channels (email and live chat) to deliver prompt, helpful responses.
Who You Are
You’re someone who’s passionate about streaming content, podcasting, and the dynamic world of online media. Resourceful and proactive, you’re comfortable taking initiative and enjoy balancing a mix of customer engagement and detail-oriented administrative tasks. With strong communication skills, you bring clarity, friendliness, and professionalism to your interactions.
You’re also humble, eager to learn, and adaptable in situations that push you out of your comfort zone. While deep technical expertise isn’t required, an interest in how tech supports digital media would make you an ideal fit for this role.

Where you will be
This role is based in Sweden, ideally in Stockholm. Our team is global, and most of us work remotely full-time, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere. If you prefer an in-office experience, our Stockholm office is open and ready to welcome you. Whether you’re remote or on-site, you’ll be part of a supportive, collaborative team working together across different time zones.
Please note that this is a paid, six-month internship, structured as a part-time role with a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours when needed.
