What is this opportunity?
We are looking for a customer-facing Customer Success and Implementation Manager to join our growing Israel Market  team. This role combines responsibilities across implementation, training, and customer success to ensure our clients realize maximum value from the Eleos platform. As part of the team, you will lead the implementation process for new customers in the Israeli market, train users, and support the adoption of our product throughout the customer lifecycle. Reporting to the Israel Market Lead, you will collaborate across departments, including Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Leadership. Your focus will be to ensure customers are fully onboarded, trained, and engaged to achieve their business objectives, while continuously fostering relationships to support long-term success and expansion.

How will you contribute?

  • Implementation: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for new customers, from kickoff to go-live, ensuring all milestones are met on time and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Training: Develop and deliver high-quality, tailored training content for new and existing customers in both virtual and in-person formats. This includes training clinicians, administrators, and customer trainers (train-the-trainer).
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure effective user adoption of the Eleos platform through targeted training sessions, ongoing support, and proactive engagement strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering) to align on implementation timelines, product configurations (e.g., SSO integrations), and customer needs.
  • Project Management: Create and oversee project timelines and tasks for new customer rollouts, ensuring that customers remain on plan and on schedule.
  • Product Feedback & Insights: Gather customer feedback and insights to improve training content, product adoption, and overall customer experience.
  • Risk Mitigation & Troubleshooting: Identify potential issues early in the implementation or training process, and work collaboratively to resolve them, ensuring minimal disruption to the customer experience.

What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or training roles, ideally with enterprise-wide software (e.g., EHR, CRM, ERP). 
  • Healthcare or behavioral health industry background is a huge advantage. 
  • Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive user engagement and product adoption.
  • Strong project management skills with experience overseeing the delivery of large-scale implementations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and navigate fast-changing environments.
  • Experience with training development and delivery, both virtually and in person, including creating educational content.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams to solve customer problems and meet their needs.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with others.

Some nice-to-haves are:

  • Project Management Certification.
  • Experience with GSuite.
  • Experience in behavioral health or healthcare settings.
  • The ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
