Customer Success Full Executive

Full-Time
  • Conocer al cliente, entender sus necesidades y su negocio para proponer estrategias con una visión integral de las soluciones NielsenIQ.
  • Ejecutar la estrategia de ventas y hacer seguimiento a indicadores de venta, detectando oportunidades y generando soluciones de impacto y valor para el cliente.
  • Identificar y lograr prospects adicionales a las cuentas y/o clientes regulares asi como identificar y apoyar en proyectos estratégicos de sus clientes.
  • Realizar presentaciones de valor a sus clientes, apoyo en la negociación de propuestas comerciales.
  • Participar en proyectos internos conformados por grupos interdisciplinarios, generando conocimiento del mercado.
  • Profesionales de las carreras de Ingeniería Industrial, Marketing, Economía o afines,
  • 2 años de experiencia en el área comercial de empresas de Investigación de mercado, de consumo masivo o de servicios de consultoría.
  • Perfiles altamente analíticos.
  • Manejo de Office avanzado
  • Nivel de Inglés intermedio.
