Job Title: Customer Success Coordinator  Location: Toronto, Ontario  Work Type: Hybrid  - Full Time  Pay: 60K - 80K  About the Company: We are partnered with a global Advertising platform who is revolutionizing the industry. They enable brands to efficiently create, edit, and manage marketing content while ensuring brand consistency. They are looking to bring on a new Customer Success Coordinator to join their team in Toronto.  Working closely with their senior team, helping to build relationships, support growth, and assist with key projects. If you're passionate about helping customers succeed and enjoy working with software, this role is for you. Responsibilities: - Assist clients through various channels to ensure a smooth experience. - Support senior team members with client interactions and training. - Build relationships with key accounts as you grow in the role. - Prepare reports and presentations, and monitor account performance. - Identify and share potential revenue opportunities with the team. Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. - 1-2 years of relevant experience. - Comfortable using Microsoft Office and tools like Slack and Intercom. - Ready to learn and contribute to client success.
