Customer Success Associate
Salary: £30k-£34k, plus equity

Job summary:
We have decided to align the organisation on a more customer centric basis. To that end, this role is designed to optimise our acquisition and retention of customers in our Startups team. You’ll be working with high growth startups at the very earliest stages, helping founders set up their initial equity splits, raise investment and put in place share schemes for their teams.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of an area of the business that is developing quickly and put your print on it. You’ll work closely with the sales, marketing and product teams to build out an offering that speaks to founders and engages them.

Vestd is 100% remote so you’ll have a lot of freedom around your working day. Some roles do demand office hours (to fit with our customers’ schedules) but we are committed to being flexible where possible.
