Forbes Marketplace is looking for a full-time Customer Success Associate. This is a business development role, reporting to the Director of Business Development and supporting the broader Customer Success team in onboarding, executing, and optimizing campaigns across our Health portfolio and partners.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Forbes Health Business Development team in achieving revenue and growth targets across our advertiser partnerships
- Work with production team to create our advertiser’s promotional placements to be published on Forbes Health properties
- Support the Business Development team in onboarding and executing new customer initiatives
- Monitor existing campaigns by proactively identifying growth opportunities and/or optimizations
- Audit existing partner placements to optimize performance and monetization to drive revenue growth
- Project manage and coordinate with internal teams on all necessary elements for campaign execution
- Collaborate with internal teams on billing reconciliation and revenue tracking/forecasting
- Leverage a detail-oriented approach to managing team trackers, spreadsheets, and platforms
Requirements:
- Customer experience advocate with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team, goal-oriented environment
- 2-3 years of proven digital advertising and/or affiliate marketing experience
- Familiarity with various affiliate platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, CJ, Rakuten, a plus
- Experience in WordPress or content management systems, a plus
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage stress well and juggle multiple account challenges at once
- Extremely detail oriented
