About the Position

Foursquare is looking for a Customer Success Associate to join our Attribution Client Solutions team located in or near one of our office hubs - New York City, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco. 

You will play an important role in providing support to new and existing attribution partnerships with some of the world’s largest brands and advertising agencies. In this role, you will be part of a team that manages a large book of advertisers and brands, taking on key responsibilities from day-to-day client requests, to internal report set up and data analysis. You will have the unique opportunity to help customers understand the effectiveness of their media buys by providing tangible, insightful results via the Foursquare Attribution product. 

We are looking for a tech-savvy, hard-working, strategic thinker who is eager to grow their career in the ad technology space. The ideal candidate will have experience with ad agencies or ad tech companies providing client services for top tier clients. Familiarity with ad agencies, publishers, and the ad tech space is highly desirable in this role. You should understand how programmatic buys, social media advertising, and ad campaigns are bought and run. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Support efforts across the Customer Success team, working cross functionally at times between Sales, Data Operations, Finance, Product, and Engineering to ensure execution is of the highest quality and timely fashion
  • Efficiently manage a large and diverse portfolio of customers and set of activities with a strong focus on improving Customer Health and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as pre-campaign feasibility, report setup, report and pixel QA, custom ad hoc requests and troubleshooting
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) with a sense of urgency and timely, proactive communication
  • Take a relentless approach on advocating for your customers

What you’ll need 

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Advertising, Sales, Business, or a related field
  • 1-2 years experience in Customer Success or client-facing campaign support roles
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and prioritization is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
  • Flexible, self-motivated team player who has the ability to operate within a very dynamic, fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs (specifically Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides)
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and interfaces
  • Knowledge of ad technology; experience working with agencies, DSPs, and the online advertising industry is a plus

At Foursquare, we are committed to providing competitive pay and benefits that are in line with industry and market standards.  Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, and specific office location.

The annual total cash compensation range is $60,000 - $80,000, however actual salaries can vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies, as well as location. Salary is just one component of Foursquare’s total compensation package, which includes restricted stock units, multiple health insurance options, and a wide range of benefits!
