Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the onboarding process for our clients in LATAM region.
  • Engage the onboarding, retention and cross-selling
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Lead strategic discussions and planning sessions to align our solutions with the client's business goals.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to address client-specific requirements.
  • Authority in orchestrating technical resources and delivering technical information
  • Drives Customer Success Score metrics for customers and handles Escalations.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience as a Customer Success Analyst in SAAS companies or related roles
  • Advanced English
  • Thrives in a fast-paced & dynamic work environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing complex customer relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making, customer outcomes, and revenue optimization.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, data analytics tools, and financial management platforms.
  • Having knowledge of the SMS, WhatsApp and RCS market will be a differentiator.
  • A good understanding of enterprise architecture principles
  • Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Be based in México City or region
