Customer Solutions Expert, French speaker

We’re looking for a customer solutions expert, French speaker to support our amazing customers at our Lisbon office. In this role, you’ll work with our fantastic support team to address all our customers’ questions and queries. If you love to help people and create an impact, get in touch, we’d love to meet you!

Your new adventure:

  • Work with support team members to quickly and efficiently answer customer questions in a friendly, personable manner
  • Assist customers via live chat and on the telephone
  • Collaborate with other teams like product management and engineering to stay abreast of Pipedrive’s latest features
  • Identify the root causes of customer issues and offer appropriate solutions
  • Help Pipedrive grow by turning both existing and new customers into loyal fans

Does this sound like you?

  • Fluency in spoken and written French and English, other languages are a plus [e.g., Portuguese, German, Spanish]
  • At least one year of experience working in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and chat with several customers simultaneously
  • Some knowledge of sales, for example, leads, opportunities, deal tracking and reporting
  • A good understanding of email systems, filtering, spam and e-mail integration
  • Experience with sales/CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM is a plus
  • Confident working with helpdesk tools like Intercom, Freshdesk, Zendesk, etc.
