Customer Services Officer

  • Handling customer’s inquiries, claims, complaints, quotations and overseas agent correspondence
  • Following up overseas routing orders and booking from customers
  • Maintaining customer database
  • Handling all import and export shipments
  • Coordinating with operation departments to ensure customer orders are properly followed up

Requirements

  • HKCEE / HKALE/ HKDSE / Diploma or Degree holder in Logistics or related disciplines
  • Minimum one year's relevant experience in handling customer correspondence / customer relations in logistics field
  • Self-motivated, proactive team player and willing to learn and take challenge
  • Dynamic and customer driven with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently under pressure and work in warehouses
  • High proficiency in MS office applications
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
