As a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) Market Intelligence, you will be responsible for market data evaluation on durable consumer goods products focusing on Small Domestic Appliances and Adhesives sectors. As a Specialist you will support the panel research with performing subtasks including creating, updating and maintaining client reports. On this position you will report to the Local Operations Director Hungary & Adriatics. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support Clients, resolving client reporting & quality requests 
  • Communicate with other teams on issues/requests 
  • Know and fit to Global Quality Standards in the area of responsibility 
  • Deliver insightful reports and databases to our clients. 
  • Be a part of a great Team. 

Qualifications: 

  • Fluency in Hungarian and in English languages 
  • Knowledge of market research methodologies is an advantage 
  • Working experience of 1-3 years in market research or data analysis is an advantage 
  • Interest for durable consumer goods product categories and markets 
  • Proactive and able to work independently 
  • Driving delivery of results for clients & GfK across diverse cultures, mind sets, disciplines, and influences. 
  • Ability to complete medium to high complexity tasks 
  • Creativity and the ability of meet deadlines 
  • Eagerness to learn, open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude. 
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
