We are now looking for an Customer Service specialist for our Domestic team. The Nordic Customer Service unit, which is part of Nordic Operations, is tasked with ensuring that we provide our customers with exceptional service. We work for high competitiveness through quality, short lead times and understanding of the customer's needs. At the same time, we must strive for automation, process development and continuous improvements.
Description
In the role of Customer Service specialist, you handle support questions from sales and our customers regarding our products focusing on the credit services and the printed products in Sweden. You are part of a team of 12 people. The main task is, together with others in the group, handle daily tasks such as billing questions, order disputes and support regarding Risk & Credit services.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are driven to deliver high service, enjoy having customer contact and working closely with other parts of the company. You are meticulous and structured in your work and it is a requirement that you have previous experience with at least one of the products we support and salesforce. You like to take responsibility, prefer to call rather than email for complex matters and have a good understanding of customers' needs. You easily understand the big picture and are driven to develop and learn new things. You need to speak and write fluently in Swedish and English at an intermediate level.

The Customer Service Business Domestic team is a team with great pride in what we do. We priorities unity and we try to laugh a lot together while maintaining the high service standard expected from us. Our keywords are customer focus and teamwork. As a new person with us, we will set up a plan together to support and strengthen your role in the team. We work shared in the office and remotely, so training takes place both physically and via Teams.
