Customer Service Specialist

• Taking care of shipping samples to customers;
• Preparation of the sample before delivery to the laboratory (labeling, checking that the order matches the sample etc.).
• Order preparation and organization to subcontractors;
• Presenting results to customers;
• Daily customer service - by phone and email;
• Cooperation with laboratories in Lithuania and abroad, and with all internal departments.

Mandatory:

• Ability to learn new information quickly;
• Experience in customer service;
• Accuracy, responsible attitude and willingness to work with customers;
• Higher education (chemistry or microbiology preferred);
• Good knowledge of English.

Will be an asset:

• Knowledge of Russian;
• Knowledge of the ISO 17025 standard.
