● Shift Dates/Times: 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m., or 1:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. EST

Job Description: The Customer Service Representative provides front line, direct contact with customers when filing claims over the phone. They also inform customers of the organization’s products and/or services.
