Established in 2013 and based in Sydney, Australia, White Fox has quickly become the go-to online fashion destination and is continuing to take over wardrobes everywhere.

We are currently on the hunt for a Full Time Customer Service Representative who has exceptional communication skills and a passion for the fashion industry.

Main Responsibilities

  • Communicating with customers & ensuring customer satisfaction on emails & live-chat
  • Handle customer queries professionally, provide knowledgeable solutions and follow up as required
  • Ensuring customer profiles & communication is documented
  • Working with the returns team on processing returns & faulty replacements
  • Assisting with warehouse duties and stock management
  • Provide backup and support to other Customer Service team members as/when requested

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience (either online or in-store)
  • Strong organisational skills, ability to multi-task & show initiative
  • Experience in a fast paced working environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong grammar skills
  • Comprehensive computer skills with an iMAC
