Experience Requirements

  • Experience in both sales and service-oriented fields preferred
  • Experience in a customer service environment required
  • Professional written and verbal communication
  • Experience with Click to Chat.

  • Accurate and quick keyboarding skills
  • Comfortable multitasking with phone, click to chat and use of multiple computer programs
  • Excellent telephone customer service skills
  • Ability to sell over the phone
  • Excellent written, email and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Word
  • Working knowledge of Excel

Required Skills and Competencies

  • 3+ years on the job experience
  • Retail is a plus
  • Chat, email and phone call experience (prefer 3/3 but 2/3 will work)
  • Longevity in jobs, not a lot of gaps on resume
  • Outlook and Excel knowledge
  • Ability to work a full night shift
