We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our Major Appliance Service Company. This role requires excellent phone skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
✔️ Answer customer calls and assist with inquiries & bookings
✔️ Schedule and manage appointments using Walkabout Customer Booking Software (training provided)
✔️ Provide top-notch customer support and ensure satisfaction
✔️ Maintain accurate records and follow up with customers as needed
Requirements
✔️ Must be based in the Dominican Republic
✔️ Excellent phone communication skills
✔️ Basic computer proficiency
✔️ Ability to work independently in a remote setting
✔️ Reliable, organized, and customer-focused
🕒 Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM (Full-time, WFH setup)
