Customer Service Representative - May 2025

About the role:

Civica is currently recruiting talented individuals to join the team at Fines Victoria supporting the Victorian Department of Justice and Community Safety.

Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for customers who need help understanding their options or taking action to manage their fines.

Fines can be scary or confusing for some customers and this critically important role provides you with the opportunity to make a positive difference in a customer’s day. We absolutely love the feedback we get from our customers telling us how our team have helped support them!  

  • Expression of interest for our May 2025 Intake.
  • Rotating Roster - Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:30pm- No weekend, public holiday or night shifts.
  • Commence training and working in our Melbourne CBD office conveniently located next to Flagstaff station and then Work from Home after successful completion of training and having reached base performance standards.
  • Hybrid Work Environment – Come and enjoy our newly renovated office space with your workmates and/or spend up to 90% of your time working from home. Whatever the right balance is for YOU.
  • Permanent, Full-time role offering a starting salary of $70,052 (Inclusive of super).

Requirements

 What we are looking for:

Recruitment Process:

  • If your experience looks like a good match, our recruitment team will send you an email invite to book in an initial screening with one of our Talent Acquisition specialists.
  • If successful, next, you will be invited to attend one of our Assessment Centres completed in our Melbourne CBD Office. These will happen on Tuesdays & Thursdays.
  • If successful, final round will be a virtual interview with one of our current Team Leaders. These will happen on Wednesdays and Fridays.
