Mission: The Jr. Customer Service Representative shall be responsible for gauging and filtering the quality of incoming leads. They shall possess a high level of communication and coordination skills to facilitate the seamless flow of data between Lamudi & clients, and should be customer-oriented at all times.
Responsibilities
- Screen and qualify incoming leads
- Outbound calling
- Connect buyers and sellers
- Screen Key Account Leads & communicate leads with clients
- Update lead database
- Constant communication and feedback with clients, sales and account management
