Primary Function of Position
- Work closely with other teams such as RA/QA, Sales, Finance, account manager or any other team that may be relevant to perform their job.
- Efficiently and accurately handle customers’ contract renewal process, customer complaints handling and business system tracking/updates, including SAP, CRM, Sales Force and others.
- Collaborate with teams, Customs brokers, and 3PL supplier to meet logistics importing requirements and ensure system accuracy.
- Professionally answer incoming calls and emails, understand the internal and external customers’ needs and their environment to improve satisfaction.
Essential Job Duties
- Responsible for service contract renewal process, which includes tender/quotation preparation, document submission, systems updates, file uploading, contract invoicing and payment processes.
- Responsible for logistics operations and assisted with 3PL warehouse management.
- Respond promptly to customer and incoming calls.
- Responsible for SalesForce system implementation for service business.
- Support customer complaints and post-marketing activities.
- Support product license cleaning project.
- Assist with forecasting and inventory management as needed.
- Assist with 3PL supplier and customer order automation projects, including system testing and process evaluation.
- Administrative support for the customer service team.
- Provide ad hoc reporting as needed
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Detail oriented.
- Time management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness and capacity to take initiative.
- Possess a moderate telephone skillset and communicate in a professional manner.
- Proficient with MS office product suite, ERP (SAP and SalesForce preferred)
Required Education and Training
- Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent education
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Minimum Experience with tender and Customs clearance processes
