Customer Service Representative

We are searching for a Customer Service Representative based in Shibuya, Tokyo. To facilitate consumer product returns, place orders in SAP for parts and replacement products required to resolve defective product issues while also tracking orders and shipments, also in SAP, and online through all carriers.

Essential Functions:

  • Order entry from dealers by phone or email using SAP and Spreadsheet
  • Order entry from AMAZON using Vender Central
  • Order entry according to the format from each dealer
  • Respond and resolve inquiries from customers by phone or email
  • Taking repair orders from customers and dealers. Close communication with various related departments will be required.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a phone-based role with dealers preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills between teams and with clients.
  • SAP experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong sense of team-orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Experience working with MS Office products - Excel, Word, and Outlook at a minimum.
  • Strong under the pressure
  • Positive engagement with others
  • Ability to escalate and provide a constructive proposal/suggestion
