We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Earthlinktele. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued customers. You will act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service, both over the phone and through email or chat communication
- Answering customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints they may have
- Assisting customers in navigating our products and services, providing information and guidance
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Collaborating with other departments to address customer needs and concerns
We are looking for a candidate who has:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- A friendly and patient demeanor
- The ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating with others to achieve common goals
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required
