We are searching for a polite, professional Contact Center Representative to work closely with other team members to provide outstanding service to our customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and informing consumers about our products and services. The Contact Center Representative may handle a high volume of calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each customer. They will listen to customers to understand the reason for their call, address all questions, and provide an accurate and efficient response.
To be a successful Contact Center Representative, you should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and have basic computer skills. You should be polite, reliable, knowledgeable, and adaptable. The Representative’s job is to help customers obtain loans and assist them through the repayment process. We work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Spotloan customer service hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Candidates must be willing to work evening and weekend shifts. This position is classified as non-exempt hourly, full-time, at $15.00 per hour. This position is eligible for monthly bonus incentives based on performance. We are looking for candidates who can work a shift from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays. The start date for this position will be on Monday, July 8th, 2024.
