We are seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our Commercial team in Istanbul office and execute the following responsibilities:
- Manage accounts in terms of order processing, order follow up, on-time deliveries, complete order fulfillment.
- Use a computer system to track questions and answers as well as enter and track the status of orders.
- Evaluate and resolve customer complaints professionally and tactfully.
- Initiate and implement initiatives which improve customer service and responsiveness.
- Champion customer needs and follow up on customer inquiries.
- Proactively communicate supply chain issues and provide alternatives.
- Any other related duties as assigned
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 2+ years Customer Service or related experience is a plus.
- Good level of English both written & oral
- Strong written, verbal and telephone skills.
- Strong data entry and organizational skills.
- Detailed oriented and good follow-up skills.
- Able to effectively manage many priorities and issue
The position will be employed on a 1 year contract basis.
