Delaney Computer Services, Inc. is seeking an in-office, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual for our Managed IT Services' Customer Service, Purchasing, and Billing role.
This multifaceted position will involve managing client inquiries, processing orders, and handling billing inquiries to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining excellent relationships with our clients and supporting the operational efficiency of our services.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries regarding questions about services, orders, and billing issues.
- Specify requirements for computers, networking equipment, Microsoft 365 licenses, Adobe products, and other licenses. Manage license renewals and process sales quotes for the sales team.
- Handle purchase orders and collaborate with IT teams to guarantee the prompt delivery of services and products.
- Handle billing inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate invoicing for clients.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of customer service processes and practices.
- Collaborate with IT and finance departments to streamline purchasing and billing procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Participate in team meetings to contribute insights and recommendations for improving client experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service and support.
- Prior experience in purchasing or billing
- Interest in computers and associated technology
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Familiarity with managed IT services is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related fields is a plus.
