We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Operators to join our existing team to help deliver support to patients, GPs and other Healthcare professionals across UK & Ireland. Prior experience in Health care is not required as we provide full training.


This is a part time position working 5 days per week 10:00 - 15:00 Tuesday to Saturday based onsite in our Bracknell office.

Requirements

About the Role

  • You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, appropriately dealing with any queries.
  • Handle patient requests by booking appointments, communicating with GP's and other healthcare professionals.
  • You will also be involved in administrative tasks, such as processing prescriptions, specialist referral letters and other health documentation.
  • Ensure information is accurately recorded and stored in line with company policies.

 

About You

  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • Superb communication skills, written & verbal.
  • Experience with call handling/contact centre work is desirable, although full training will be given.
  • Good level of emotional intelligence
  • Ability to show sensitivity and understanding over the telephone
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
