- Ensure all service and repairs comply with manufacturers' guidelines and protocols.
- Authorize pick-up/delivery and courtesy car services as needed.
- Investigate and respond to customer letters/feedback with the team.
- Support CSA in addressing customer questions and complaints, and authorize goodwill requests within the LOA.
- Contact all customers within 3 to 5 days after service to ensure satisfaction and correct completion of work.
- Ensure timely follow-up and collection of payments from credit customers within allowed credit terms.
- Oversee closure of open Repair Orders and manage outstanding ROs.
- Identify and coach CSA on weaknesses to improve their CSI scores.
- Take measures to improve results by streamlining work processes and improving working conditions.
Requirements
- At least Diploma studies
- 5 years experience in customer service roles
- Singaporean only
