About Your Role
Under the supervision of senior staff, the incumbent is to provide support to supervisor and to follow up orders and provide services to customers
Your Responsibility will include:
Handle order processing and system updates within the required time frame
Respond to customer enquiries and requests (via telephone, fax and mail) in a timely manner.
Understand customer needs and provide timely response to customer request
Coordinate with the sales team, other departments, to follow up and improve delivery services.
Assist to monitor the inventory level and satellites to improve inventory turns
Handle customer complaints and trouble-shooting according to Company procedures and services standard, able to suggest corrective actions to drive across departments for service improvement and improve customer satisfaction
Communicate with customers regarding the latest development of the customers to maintain updated customer profile information.
Provide suggestions to supervisor on the improvement of the current order / operation flow to increase efficiency
Provide selling support to respond to management needs
Identifies and generates sales prospects through calls/emails and is accountable for developing relationships with business accounts
Ensure timely delivery of quotation, samples and proofs to customers
Prepare sales related reports (e.g. daily sales report) to meet the needs of the Commercial team
To assist, back up and provide support to other team members
Work with our internal RBIS team to provide IC sales solution
Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process
Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership
1-2 years of solid experience in customer services / account management
Detailed-customer oriented, independent, and under pressure to handle multiple tasks at the same time
Excellent communication, account serving and problem solving
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to meet tight deadline
Fluency in Mandarin and English is required
Proficiency in MS Office application and experience with an ERP system
Degree Holder is preferred
Candidate with less relevant experience will be considered as Assistant Customer Service Officer
