- Monitor EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems
- Manage customer service levels and customer portal
- Handle pre-deliveries, deliveries, transport management, and customer claims
- Manage returnable packaging
- Facilitate communication within the logistics department and with other departments
- Analyse and manage customer orders
- Negotiate delivery possibilities with customers
- Prepare delivery notes and book transport
- Monitor deliveries and create transport orders in SAP
- Manage customer portal information
- Experience in planning, material ordering and logistics optimization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Experience with SAP (is an advantage)
- English language - B2 (German or French is an advantage, not condition)
- Slovak language - fluent
