Customer service logistic specialist

  • Monitor EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems 
  • Manage customer service levels and customer portal 
  • Handle pre-deliveries, deliveries, transport management, and customer claims 
  • Manage returnable packaging 
  • Facilitate communication within the logistics department and with other departments 
  • Analyse and manage customer orders 
  • Negotiate delivery possibilities with customers 
  • Prepare delivery notes and book transport 
  • Monitor deliveries and create transport orders in SAP 
  • Manage customer portal information 
  • Experience in planning, material ordering and logistics optimization 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Experience with SAP (is an advantage)
  • English language - B2 (German or French is an advantage, not condition)
  • Slovak language - fluent
