Responsibilities

  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the luxury vehicle offerings and features to provide accurate assistance.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously in the company's CRM system for record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously enhance service delivery and customer experience.
  • Engage in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and brand values.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and contribute ideas for optimizing service processes.

Requirements

  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in luxury or automotive sectors, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software.
  • A positive attitude, professionalism, and enthusiasm for luxury brands.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece.
