- Document all customer interactions meticulously in the company's CRM system for record-keeping.

Requirements
- Fluent in German, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in luxury or automotive sectors, is preferred.
