ABOUT THIS JOB
This is a junior role within a global client support team which will offer a lot of exposure, potential growth and will provide opportunities to learn from senior NielsenIQ leaders.
In this role, you will provide direct support to NielsenIQs biggest clients by resolving their queries via a modern client service platform as well as provide direct support to NielsenIQ Global Client Services team on global KPIs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide Customers with outstanding service and support day-to-day questions
Play a connector and enabler role to ensure resolution of received queries
Creating and delivering high quality KPI reports, and materials based on NielsenIQ data to support the Global Client Services team in their conversations with global clients
Cooperate and communicate with various local and regional teams (i.e. Operations, Local Client Delivery, Commercial, Product Leadership) to complete assigned tasks
Collecting information from local teams and creating presentations on NielsenIQ product enhancements
Using Microsoft suite, Excel and PowerBI regularly.
Extracting data from internal databases and embedding the data in client ready format
Plan and execute regular personal workload and meet aligned timelines
Operate in a virtual/multi-cultural environment, liaising with stakeholders and colleagues
Creating good content material for senior stakeholders
Supporting the Global Client Services team with ad-hoc deliveries
Communicating with both local and global teams to complete tasks
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU
You have a strong interest in building a career in a data-driven environment. You are a quick learner with a positive attitude and mindset, and a focus on self-development.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate or part-time Student of Technical University Degree is a plus.
Fluency in spoken and written English is required.
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
Experience with Microsoft package - PowerPoint, Word is required.
Attention to detail and interest in working in a data-driven environment.
Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently.
Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
Experience with Microsoft Power BI is a plus but not required.
