Customer Service Coordinator- Spectrum Metalcraft

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Receive sales-related calls and handle as appropriate
2. Provide timely, accurate, and complete responses to customer service related
questions
3. Provide internal support to customers for quotes, orders, handle return parts and other
internal processes
4. Enter sales orders and quotes, check confirming orders, and schedule orders
into production.
5. Receives, processes and acknowledges customer purchase orders along with checking pricing per current

quote and/or price lists.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with Enterprise Resource Programs like CSI or Syteline is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and data entry experience required.
  • Ability to read CAD drawings.

Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. and alternate half day on Fridays. Hours at Corporate location M-F 8am to 5pm. Occasional overtime work may be required as job duties demand.

  • Data Entry and Computer experience processing orders

**This position will be located at 304 E Ave B, Salina, KS and is a non-remote position.

Other services provided by Spectrum Metalcraft include cutting, electropolishing, welding, braking, finishing and assembly services. Our 125,000 square foot fabrication facility is located in Salina, Kansas and utilizes state of the art manufacturing and fabrication technologies. Our design and manufacturing experience draws on the relationships from both the Spectrum and Vortex customer networks.
