· Communicate and coordinate service timings and dates between Ops and Sales department across all teams
· Ensure that schedule is accurately updated on a daily basis
· Weigh and plan the best possible route for technicians to maximize productivity
· Coordinate and support the arrangement for all service visits
· To identify, feedback and rectify any clashes on time promptly
· Monitor the daily service done and escalate the scheduling issues to supervisor and line managers
· To retrieve requests by clients and/or remarks by the technicians recorded during the visit and convey to the relevant department
· To raise credit and debit note request when required with approval.
· To facilitate technicians’ work by housekeeping system’s data such as location sequence and special instructions.
· Handling inbound call from and outbound call to clients when necessary.
· Other administrative jobs.
Requirements
· GCE “O” Level, Diploma in any discipline or higher
· Familiarity or experience with Customer Service and Administration a must
· Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft applications a must
· Service-oriented and able to work under pressure
· Ability to coordinate and plan routes is a must
