Playtech Managed Services is looking for a Customer Service Associate with English to join one of our teams. Our team will be there to guide customers through the entire gaming journey. We place our operators and their players at the heart of everything we do and, in doing so, ensure every query and issue is dealt with appropriately.
Your influential mission. You will…
• Deliver outstanding customer support and customer care to our clients
• Handle queries of existing customers via chat, e-mail, and/or phone calls (e.g. log-in issues, payments, withdraws, bonuses, responsible gambling, and general terms and conditions)
• Use a professional and friendly approach in assisting with queries
• Be empowered to resolve any customer issue
• Follow our company's procedures and keep up with the standards
• Meet predetermined personal and team targets
• Keep the job knowledge up to date
• Fluent English speaker, ideally a native speaker
• Availability to work on shifts, including late hours
• Experience in online customer support is desirable but not mandatory
• Strong computer literacy
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• A team player who is open to sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues
• Motivation for achieving preset goals and targets
