Playtech Managed Services is looking for a Spanish and English-speaking associate.

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Resolve customer inquiries via phone, chat and email.
  • Conduct analysis on customers’ profiles to ensure the appropriate management of the account.
  • Help users cover their balances, adjust their accounts, and monitor their activities.
  • Prevent detected fraudsters from further access.
  • Handle risk management cases across all interfaces and systems.
  • Implement company chargebacks, manage compromised accounts, and recover funds in accordance with the company's risk management policies.

  • Have excellent written and spoken Spanish and English skills.
  • Demonstrate advanced computer literacy. 
  • Possess excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.
